Delineation of Nubian sandstone aquifer using geophysical data around Nuweiba area, Sinai, Egypt

Abstract The Nubian sandstone aquifer (NSA) is defined by using 19 vertical electrical sounding (VES) stations, 201 gravity which define the structures that control configuration of NSA, and 183 land magnetic lower surface NSA determining depth basement surface. In order to assess top we collected analyzed deep VESes. upper spans from 707 1154 m, according interpretation results for various geophysical data. Additionally, aquifer’s resistivities ranged 30.2 477 Ω indicates good groundwater quality. According result, study region influenced many structural characteristics different trends, including northwest–southeast, northeast–southwest, east–west trends. crystalline rocks (also known as rocks) determined three-dimensional modeling range between 967 4122 m.
